Alar Base & Nostril Reduction

What It Is
A set of techniques that refine the nasal base by reducing alar flare (width at the nostril base where it meets the cheek) and/or decreasing nostril size. Incisions are designed along natural creases (alar-facial groove) and/or within the nostril sill to minimize visible scarring while improving proportion, symmetry, and shape.
