Copyright & Intellectual Property

Rights in software, uploaded practice content and separately licensed animation assets.
1. Ownership
Operator: TouchApp Inc., Delaware, United States.
Address: 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States.
Legal, privacy and support contact: support@plastictou.ch.
TouchApp Inc. and applicable rights holders retain rights in PlasticTouch software, branding and animation library assets. Customers retain rights in their own practice content, subject to the limited operating permissions in the Terms. A platform subscription or animation-file purchase is not a copyright assignment.
2. Licensed animation use
Online playback remains watermarked. New Standard download licenses cover the licensed practice’s website and waiting-room use; new Marketing licenses also cover social media, YouTube and advertising, and unlimited locations under the same entity. Group orders and earlier purchases retain their expressly agreed scope. See the full Animation License Agreement; do not infer rights from a shared login, watermark visibility or an unrelated Bridge subscription.
3. Restrictions and source assets
No resale, sublicensing, raw-asset redistribution, stock-library distribution or AI-training use is authorized unless expressly agreed in writing. Source/project assets, production services and ownership transfer are not included in an ordinary catalog license. Limited edits to legitimately licensed downloads are allowed as described in the EULA.
4. Registration and reporting
Copyright protection does not depend on a blanket assertion that every catalog asset has a particular registration. Asset-specific registrations or supporting information may be provided where available. Send specific suspected infringements through the copyright-notice process.
5. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory applicable law, disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Nothing in these documents excludes mandatory consumer, privacy, withdrawal or other rights, or mandatory jurisdiction rules, that cannot lawfully be waived.
