Tongue-in-Groove (Tip Support Technique)
What It Is
A tip-positioning and support technique that stabilizes the nasal tip by securing the medial crura (tip support structures) to the caudal septum in a controlled “tongue-in-groove” configuration. It can adjust tip rotation, projection, and columellar show with a very natural structural approach.
