Copyright notices, counter-notices and animation-license compliance.
1. Rights and licensing
Operator: TouchApp Inc., Delaware, United States.
Address: 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States.
Legal, privacy and support contact: support@plastictou.ch.
Our animations and other protected assets remain the property of their applicable rights holders. The Animation License Agreement distinguishes licensed downloads from watermarked online playback. A Bridge/Website subscription or a preview does not authorize animation redistribution or advertising.
2. Copyright notice
Send a copyright complaint to support@plastictou.ch with “Copyright notice” in the subject and: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the protected work; the specific allegedly infringing material and its location/URL; your contact details; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or law; and a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act.
The correspondence contact is TouchApp Inc. at the address above. This policy does not represent that a particular contact is a registered statutory DMCA agent without a corresponding registration.
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed or restricted, you may send an appropriate counter-notice identifying it and its previous location, your signature and contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification. Include the consent to federal-court jurisdiction and service of process required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), based on your address or, if outside the United States, a district where the service provider may be found. Statutory requirements take precedence over a general contractual venue clause.
Where the statutory procedure applies, restoration and any waiting period follow applicable law and any notice of court action; restoration is not guaranteed by simply contacting support.
4. Review, repeated infringement and remedies
We may review reports, restrict affected content or accounts, and apply an appropriate repeat-infringer policy subject to applicable law. Knowingly false notices may have legal consequences. We may seek lawful copyright or contractual remedies; no fixed damages amount is automatically charged merely because a report is made. Existing enforceable, expressly agreed contract provisions are not waived by this policy.
