Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026 · Document version: v2.0
Separate rules for recurring practice subscriptions and one-time 3D animation purchases.
1. Scope and operator
Operator: TouchApp Inc., Delaware, United States.
Address: 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States.
Legal, privacy and support contact: support@plastictou.ch.
This policy distinguishes recurring Bridge/practice subscriptions from one-time animation licenses and separately retained legacy subscriptions. It does not combine billing for products that share an account.
2. Subscription activation and renewal
Paid subscriptions begin after confirmed payment. The first monthly or annual charge is made at checkout and renews at the selected interval. Your actual amount, currency, taxes and billing date are shown in checkout and the billing portal. Complimentary access without a card does not authorize automatic billing at expiry.
3. Subscription refund requests
Requests received within 7 calendar days of a subscription charge are reviewed case by case; approval is not guaranteed. After that discretionary window, voluntary refunds are generally unavailable. This applies to both monthly and annual charges and never removes mandatory statutory rights or remedies for defective or undelivered service.
Email support@plastictou.ch with your account email, receipt or invoice reference, charge date and reason. Do not send card numbers or sensitive patient information.
4. Cancellation is product-specific
Use the billing controls associated with the subscription you want to cancel. Cancellation normally stops renewal and leaves access until the end of the paid period; unused parts of a period do not create an automatic prorated refund. Cancelling Bridge or Website does not revoke purchased animation file-use rights, and a 3D purchase does not require an active practice subscription.
Cancellation is not account deletion. Keep receipts and any downloaded licensed files; retention is described in the Privacy Policy. Contact support if a billing control is unavailable.
5. Upgrades and downgrades
A change to a recurring subscription uses the price, proration, payment and effective date explicitly confirmed in its billing flow. Do not cancel a different product or assume that a one-time license is an upgrade to your base subscription. Existing contracted prices are not automatically changed by this policy.
6. One-time animation licenses
One-time animation licenses do not auto-renew. Our voluntary policy generally treats a license as non-refundable after download access has been granted because the digital file becomes accessible. If you have not accessed the download and purchased in error, contact support within 24 hours; a discretionary refund may be considered.
These voluntary limits do not override mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable law provides withdrawal rights for digital content, loss of those rights requires the legally required express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement, not merely account creation, a payment or general acceptance of these Terms. Applicable rights remain where those requirements have not been satisfied. Statutory remedies for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered content remain available.
7. Errors, outages and payment disputes
Contact support about duplicate charges, a missing download, faulty content or a documented outage affecting paid features. We investigate and may provide a remedy, credit or refund appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law. A refund or reversal for a specific animation purchase may end the rights arising from that purchase; it does not cancel unrelated licenses.
Contacting support may resolve an issue quickly, but is not a condition for exercising a statutory payment-dispute right. We may restrict the disputed transaction while investigating, subject to applicable law.
8. Existing and separately agreed orders
These descriptions govern new purchases made under this version. Rights already acquired under an earlier order, accepted license or separately signed agreement are not retroactively reduced by this update, account navigation changes, or acceptance of updated general terms. Existing paid subscriptions are not automatically cancelled, repriced or converted into another product. The new 3D offering does not promise watermark-free online playback; this operational playback rule does not cancel purchased animation download and file-use rights.
Previously purchased custom production or branded deliverables remain subject to their agreed project, delivery, deposit and refund terms. Such work is not included in the current catalog license unless expressly agreed in writing.
9. Governing law and related documents
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory applicable law, disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Nothing in these documents excludes mandatory consumer, privacy, withdrawal or other rights, or mandatory jurisdiction rules, that cannot lawfully be waived.
